Folkparken Skellefteå turns 100 – Country party!
Folkparken Skellefteå is turning 100! We want to celebrate with a country evening, and we hope you want to be part of the celebration!
Folkets hus is the place where people dance, play music and discuss. 100 years of course needs to be celebrated, and we want to celebrate with all of you who are adults with a thunderous party in the form of a country evening where we can all sing and dance to Mimi Werner and Ben Carbine and the 18 wheelers.
Mimi Werner is a Swedish country artist known for her unique voice and engaging songwriting. She debuted in 2015 with the single “Forever Again” and has since established herself in both Sweden and internationally. Inspired by classic and modern country, she combines traditional tones with a modern twist. Ben Carbine & the 18-Wheelers is a country band from Skellefteå. They won the Country Championship in 2009 and have since been nominated several times. The band has played at festivals in Sweden and abroad
We open the gates at 9pm, and stay open until 1am. Admission is 100kr!
